Job Description

InGenesis is currently seeking an MSP Customer Support Specialist to work remotely for our corporate office. In this position, you will be responsible for daily operational tasks in delivery of Talent Solutions for InGenesis' Program Office.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide general program and system support.

* Provide support with job posting creation.

* Utilize VMS to provide accurate information.

* Review job postings for accuracy.

* Monitor job posting approvals and escalate issues.

* Ensure job posting accuracy prior to releasing to suppliers.

* Coordinate candidate interviews and provide assignment details to suppliers.

* Monitor and extend work orders in VMS tool when required.

* Respond to supplier inquires.

* Manage all issues related to time entry and approval.

* Build sustainable relationships and trust with all stakeholders.

* Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.


Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Experience in a fast-paced environment.

* Previous experience in a customer support role or staffing industry.

* Must have excellent communication skills - both written and oral.

* Strong organizational and professional skills.

* VMS experience preferred. (Fieldglass, Peoplefluent, etc.).
