Salary: $65,000 - $100,000

Requirements: The requirements for this role include a minimum of 4 years of experience, the ability to move up to 50 pounds, and a good blend of administration, repair/maintenance experience, and spare parts/budgeting skills.

Duties: As an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist as needed to assemble, test, and maintain manufacturing equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibration on instruments and equipment, as well as perform Root Cause Analysis and Downtime Reports of equipment through systematic analysis for Equipment Availability. You will be responsible for promptly identifying and solving equipment-related problems and scheduling/performing regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions. You will use equipment tracking systems to keep track of equipment and instrument history.
