About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Master EH&S Programs, conducting necessary employee training.
  • Strategically allocate headcount across multiple production lines based on demand.
  • Develop a Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) program and manage the associated budget.
  • Supervise outbound product practices, ensuring quality inspections and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with vendors for procurement of manufacturing and production supplies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all manufacturing processes and production equipment.
  • Plan and execute full physical inventory activities, optimizing processes and managing variances.
  • Coordinate trucking logistics through commercial carriers, company trucks, or customer plant pickup.
  • Assist in the hiring process, screening applications, and conducting candidate interviews.
  • Manage workforce productivity, ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Potentially lead and supervise plant production leads or plant employees.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate within a team environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing production and equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across various organizational levels and functions.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
